1998 - After realizing that "No fear Management" wasn't able to help 7th heaven the band amicably split with it's management company. The band was then approached by two more people who wanted to manage them and with the failure of the No Fear deal the tensions within the band were too large to enter into anything eles. Around this time Alby left 7th heaven. A few more songs were written, but the state of the band was in bad shape. Communication was not there and with no managment the band lacked a focus and direction that the band could agree on.
At the end of 1998 it was considered that the band 7th heaven was over. The band played one last New Years Eve show to pay off all remaining debts and that was it.... but.. just not yet....
Fun Fact: 7th heaven dressed as the "Village People" for Halloween
