In January & February of 2000 the four other band member asked to meet with Richie to discuss making another attempt to break the band again. Richie was already making good money and having a solid job with WallStreetView.com that he was reluctant to do the band full-time again.
After three different 2-3 hour meetings with the band where Richie insisted if he were to commit to doing this that he will take over as the band's manager and will make all final decisioons. That was soon tested right away as the band was about to change it's name to "Drop Box". Tony felt very strong about changing the bands name and the rest of the band agreed.. except Richie. Richie called Alec John Such (Bon Jovi), JY (Styx), Tony Keys (first band manager) and a few others he trusted and asked them how they felt if the bands name was changed. Every one of them said "why would you kill your brand?". So right out of the gate Richie had to tell the band that the bands name would not change, which tested the bands ability to trust Richie.
Richie quit his job at WallStreetView.com to focus on 7th heaven. Discussion on what songs to put on the CD were discussed and originally the CD was to have 15 songs, some pop, one ballad and one dance song and after Nick Cox insisted the CD should be one style, the pop songs and ballad and dance song were pulled from the CD. Richie purchased studio equipment to record the "Faces Time Replaces" CD and took all his knowledge to start promtoing the band and the new CD.
Right out of the gate the band's music was placed on MTV's "Making the Video", which used the song "Boom" on LL Cool J's making the video. Soon after the Jenny Jones show called and asked 7th heaven to come perform on a show.
After a very successful shoot, Jenny Jones asked the band to shoot a second episode. 7th heaven performed the songs "Boom" and "Separated" on the show. (the band wanted to perform "War Machine" and "You Lied" but the show choose the songs)
Right after that the Discovery Channel picked up song 7th heaven songs for use on the show "Homeward Bound"
Then six 7th heaven songs were placed in the indie movie "Lizzie".
In the fall both Jenny Jones shows aired worldwide and the band was seen by over 12 million viewers worldwide. The band's draw to clubs grew as well as CD sales.
7th heaven continued to grow at a nice pace playing a variety of colleges in the midwest as well as touring to Los Angles and New York.
Richie started the NTD World conglomerate to handle all the band's needs:
NTD Records - to have bar codes to release products
NTD Music - to facilitate a publishing company to license the bands music
NTD Video - to shoot all the bands videos
NTD Management - to book the bands shows
NTD Studios - a place to name where the band records
NTD Graphics - graphic company that designs all marketing pieces and website

Fun Fact: 7th heaven dressed as the Presidents for Halloween
Tony - Bill Clinton • Richie - George Bush Jr. • Dan - Jimmy Carter • Nick Cox - Richard Nixon • Danny - JFK
